I really don't understand tha whole institution. Sometime around November I got a letter from the IRS at the end of last year saying they needed some paperwork because I was being audited. The Ms. Cook representative is quite abrasive and rude. Doesn’t extend herself into actually helping just wants you in and out of her chair. If I have to come back I refuse to be serviced by her, IRS/tax issues is already a frustrating process it doesn’t help if who’s supposed to assist you has an attitude.
