I saw an IRS Representative named Mrs. Monroe here in the Columbus Georgia area concerning fraud, identity theft, and a stimulus payment that I never received due to the afore-mentioned identity theft. This was over four months ago. The dead-line for a response to my reports was 120 days. Well, it's now been well over that and I haven't heard a thing from the IRS. They are surely quick to collect but obviously slow to pay. That is definitely not right.
