This office is truly an incompetent extension of an obsolete American system. Schedule multiple people for same time appointments when only one person is here working. Horrible communication when making appointments. I'll never understand why other countries we look down at have their taxes virtually automated since ya know they get all the tax info from the companies you work for
The reviews don't do this place or the people who work there any justice. I received a letter from IRS stating I needed to confirm my ID and tax returns for a few previous years I had filed for. Toledo was just closer than Detroit, so I chose it for the location of my appointment via the nice lady I spoke with on the phone from the number in my letter.
