Unable to talk to a human, so why bother
I need to put 0 stars! i have literally been on hold for 4 hours! dropped calls, starting over asking the same questions over and over again. Nasty attitudes when I finally talk to someone only to get cut off again! websites been down for days so I have to deal with these people!!!
This is the most unprofessional and most LAZY office I’ve ever dealt with. Employee hung up in the middle of me stating important information (SS#), and when I called back they say they can’t help me and I will have to figure it out myself online at IRS.gov… but why am I no longer getting helped by an employee, when she said it could be taken care of by her. They could it’s just laziness…I am now back to square one and have no clue what to do… I’m w/ Trump on this one the IRS needs to go (along with these employees). What a ... read more
A joke of a federal administration. Still haven't received my 2023 refund it's been under review for 120 days then they sent another 60 day letter and a week before the new date sent another 60 day letter and don't need any information but say they can't find my information?????
