A joke of a federal administration. Still haven't received my 2023 refund it's been under review for 120 days then they sent another 60 day letter and a week before the new date sent another 60 day letter and don't need any information but say they can't find my information?????
3 times I have been refused services at this office, absolutely the worst experience. I’ve never met a public service so willing to NOT HELP! I was assured by the manager of the Toledo office that my issue would be resolved in this meeting. It was not.

Why is it no one ever seems to be by a phone. Listen, I am not a hooligan or whatever the case is. I am a hard working solo individual. Why can I not receive assistance. I literally sat on the phone for hours today waiting for help. There is not a email to contact. Also the automated recording is insanity and in my personal opinion causes stress on a unneeded level.
