Pure BS call every day for 47 days 13 day ago after a 3 hrs on hold I did talk to a female representative to say I must send in a form but the form she said does not appear on the website plus she just hung up on me without answering anything.
The worst business ever. Been dealing with getting my refund back and they are still not giving my refund to me. They suck and need to out of business. I have been trying to get my refund since March and nothing. They try everything for u not to talk to a real person. The IRS Sucks and needs to go out of business.
