Don't waste your time going here. Just call the IRS....because they literally told me to do that while I was sitting there at this office.....in the IRS....office lol. I wish I was making this up, I am NOT. This office should be removed, because it is honestly useless, a phone call to the IRS did more help for me than going here to get help from these people. Just don't even bother trying here, stuff like this is why people make fun of this area.
Why is it so hard to just speak with a human!!!!! I have been calling and online for 2 weeks now just trying to get info on my taxes..Can we please go back to speaking to real people,,,,
Biggest bunch of incompetent people I've ever seen in my life. Made an appointment for lien release as instructed to do so. Drive up there, agent was late, asked to come back in 3 hours, has security relay messages instead of coming out or meeting with us, then tells us we're at the wrong place when we were instructed to do so by someone that knows more than the idiot that was there. Doesn't seem like anyone at the IRS is competent enough to do their job correctly. I couldn't imagine being that stupid or bad at my job.
