I'm from South Carolina , had to call This office about a tax matter, I was impressed with these people, the customer service was awesome, and I appreciate everything and the time given to me to help me resolve a very important matter involving my tax issue.
My experience was great! I was afraid things were going to go bad considering the reviews on here. My husband and I were very pleased. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming.
Don't waste your time going here. Just call the IRS....because they literally told me to do that while I was sitting there at this office.....in the IRS....office lol. I wish I was making this up, I am NOT. This office should be removed, because it is honestly useless, a phone call to the IRS did more help for me than going here to get help from these people. Just don't even bother trying here, stuff like this is why people make fun of this area.
Why is it so hard to just speak with a human!!!!! I have been calling and online for 2 weeks now just trying to get info on my taxes..Can we please go back to speaking to real people,,,,
