Very helpful on getting the tax paperwork I needed
Completely useless. The IRS failed to get me my refund check including re issuing and losing it twice again. The chuckleheads working the desk were zero help and told me to call a number that I've already called multiple times where the wait time exceeds 3 hours with no callback options. What a joke....
