An exasperating experience trying to make an appointment in Manchester. I listen to long unnecessary info about alternative contact methods, which all boils down to "go to our website," and then I'm told they're too busy to answer my call at this time.
Extremely unhelpful. Person at the front desk seemed emotionless and lacking empathy. Mentioned how I couldn't make an appointment because their online phone service is garbage and she proceeded to tell me that was the only way they would help me. Just count your loss and dont even bother with this unhelpful bunch
Filed my taxes at the end of January. Didn't hear back for 3 months. Went in to talk with the taxpayer assistance center and the women straight up told me they dont offer assistance. Went back 3 months later and they finally told me that I needed to file another document….. now they are saying that I have to wait another 2 months.
Either no answer or "Your refund is delayed," then hung up. It's been 5 months
