Impossible to navigate or to make an appointment.
I have been waiting on my refund since 2/2/25 which was filed electronically. I have heard nothing from the IRS and their automated system is ridiculously unhelpful. I waited 33 mins on the line and got hung up on while waiting. when I immediately called back I received a ""no reps available" response. Well some one hung up on me so there was at least one rep available. Incredibly frustrating. UGH!
Automated system is absolutely impossible to navigate. Will not let you talk to an actual person and can't answer any questions. When are Americans going to wake up and realize that we don't have to pay tax? It's a choice we all just have to say No... wake up It's literally the people's job to keep the government in check and we are failing.
Just went there today for a question not related to my taxes. The lady at the front desk couldn't have been more nice and helpful. l needed help with a few things, and she answered all my questions with a smile in her face, found the info and printed it out for me. The man on line before me, was also very happy with the help he got from her.
Taxation is theft!
