The people that work in the call center for this place are extremely incompetent to the point it is just highly ridiculous.
IRS Worst Service Ever, after staying with my client from 12pm to 6:30pm without any response, and the call kept dropping, We call IRS to make appointment the agent hung up the phone and made another call again the call dropped off. 7 hours of waiting without achieving anything.
I am trying to speak with someone regarding my business structure. I am still holding on and why I can not leave a voice message?
Thank you for the best service and this place so beautiful design from outside and inside is clean and smell good.
