Both times I've made an appointment I've had to wait 15-20 mins past my appointment time due to the worker arguing/conversing with a walk-in client about making an appointment, and then answering their questions, and then stating that they need to make an appointment at this point I feel she just enjoys the banter.
The lady that works in this office now is very nice and helpful. She helped my daughter fix the problem she was having. She didn't have a appointment yet she helped her anyways cause we come from over a hour away.
Honestly can we just shut the IRS down.. their so fraudulent.. I've been trying to speak to a real person for days now. Just the same old automatic voice menu connected to multiple different numbers.... #defund the IRS
