BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Which I only learned AFTER I called them (at which time they told me nothing about their appointment policy) and then went there. I was told to come back in a half hour and they would see me but when I came back I was told that I should have assumed that meant to make an appointment on the phone. This place needs new management or something, appointment only for a place which people mostly only need 10 minutes of help is absurd. The guy that worked behind the counter was extremely rude and short with us when we went in to get some questions answered and a simple document stamped. There is no phone number to get through to an actual person to get the questions answered without going into the office.
