Office is closed for no reason and in a seperate review for the Charlottesville office dated 9 years ago today, the same thing happened (closed Sep 8-15th) 🤬

Lady was very unprofessional and rude. Over 2 hour round trip and ste refused to see me twice. Computer issues one time, second time the Security Guard had to go to lunch. I ended up going to Vienna to handle this. Staunton is a joke and does not represent the IRS in a positive way.
