Takes forever
Ms. McCoy the agent we spoke with in person today was professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions going above and beyond. It did take us over an hour on the phone to schedule appointment but that was not her doing.
Today we went into this office without an appointment and we was welcome with open arms. The lady was very knowledgeable very friendly and professional. I don’t know where all the negative complaints are coming from but our experience was exceptional. Thank you so much for taking care of our problem and helping us with it.
