0 stars worst customer service options ever. Automated system just sends you in circles and wont let you talk to an actual person to help resolve the issues. Some issues cant be resolved with a automated system. If you cant talk to an actual human what are they doing at the call centers all day if the automated system does all their work? Again worst system ever to help tax paying citizens. UNREAL. FIX THIS PROBLEM
I've been on hold for over 2 hours!
IRS in general..no way to contact them. Just a giant joke of a phone loop. Feels like a hostage situation. Waited on hold for 1 hour, then disconnected. Lather, rinse, repeat.
I made an appointment and took an IRS income tax issue to an agent at this location. The issue was resolved quickly, courteously, and efficiently. The security officer was also helpful.
