How can it be possible that this level of incompetence even exists? I mean can you hire someone who speaks English? I spent 10 minutes trying to explain in English,nope didn't work
Extremely slow. You can hear agents speaking to each other in spanish, havong a good time behind dividers not at all concerned with helping customers. TERRIBLE!!!
Absolute bottom barrel customer service you have to stand in line for hours to make an appointment and even though I've done this multiple times each time I successfully got through security and the two hour long lines they just tell me that there is no appointments in the near future and they can't do anything to help me every single time
