Absolute bottom barrel customer service you have to stand in line for hours to make an appointment and even though I've done this multiple times each time I successfully got through security and the two hour long lines they just tell me that there is no appointments in the near future and they can't do anything to help me every single time

Come and expect to wait in the room to your left is where you look up your appointment with whom ever your letter says. Use the phone on the wall or your personal cellphone to call them. If no one answers call manager S Shaw the only one that answered. He came up to the room and said K.Ward was not available yet. Waiting game. Keep calling any number on the wall till someone answer basically. Good luck. Dont forget positive attitude! Good day! :)
