Doesn’t even deserve a star
Taking so long. just sitting and eating. Omg this is office. Bad service
Called the IRS national number to make an appointment and they told me that I don’t need one to come here. I took a day off work and came in just for the on-site employees to tell me that I do need an appointment to come here and that the customer service representatives will tell you anything to get off the phone with you. Very frustrating customer service and a big waste of taxpayers time.
No one was at the desk. Manager, Ken Brock, had me race to my car for ID THEN CLOSED FOR LUNCH ALTHOUGH NO ONE WAS THERE WHEN ARRIVED. I had to wait an hour. IRS made appt over 1 month out. Then he had me drive to DesPlaines who didn’t believe that IRS sent me, badgered me about proving I filed my taxes-why would I be there-and called the cops. I still don’t have response from last time there 3 months ago. This guy should be fired. Where’s Elon. He does nothing.
