If you want to have a private appointment, please do not make an appointment with this location! My appointment was not private and the individuals beside me could obtain personal information. Also, the appointment time was shorten due to it being the agent's lunch time. Maybe, if the appointments were scheduled and handed appropriately, then maybe the appointments could be scheduled privately and in a timely manner. IRS agents don't care about no one. Waited forever despite having an appointment. Then when you go back to talk to someone its not in private but right beside another teller. At the time there was someone else at the other booth and it was hard to hear/talk while the other party was talking. Especially with the ridiculous 'covid' barriers still being up 4 years after. It's literally a tight, cramped space with one stool. Designed to make it as uncomfortable as possible so you don't stay long (think people too dumb to see that I bet). The agents are not helpful... read more

It's ridiculous that a billion dollar funded revenue service cannot even be reached via phone regarding tax returns. This is absolutely ludicrous.
