8/24/26…10:15am-10:47am time frame. absolutely a pathetic irs personnel taking up space at the 1st window. couldn’t provide any insight to the questions being asked. could only read out loud what was on the notice, which wasn’t needed as I tried to explain…since my reading comprehension is absolutely fine. she’s totally incompetent/terrible at her job. rating is actually less than a star….& take that asu paraphernalia off, you’re embarrassing the school.
this was a nightmare
Excellent help and great information. Yes. They have a tough job, but they really do a lot. I was able to find and resolve several good tax questions and return details. This could have cost a bunch to hire tax professionals. Just call and use the web site and figure it out. Very good. I even found a stipend for me that no one has ever mentioned. Free money. For me. These guys work really hard. Give them a break. Thanks.
