Very unprofessional, 10/10 would not recommend this facility. . I’ve waited a month for this appointment. Got the notification 2 days in advance on email for a reminder . And apon arrival there office was closed , been closed for the last 2 weeks due to not having ac , didn’t have the courtesy to call or email to inform me of these changes . I called to reschedule an appointment and now get to wait a whole nother month for them to hopefully be there .

Government, federal just close this location down. It worthless and useless. Your workers are very unprofessional. Especially the lady that sitting at the front desk (5/20/24) with the plaits and glasses. TONE and BODY LANGUAGE speaks VOLUMES. This office need to be closed down for good. The entire staff is very unprofessional, sorry and just making free money. None of the workers want to work and they take the most breaks. DO NOT COMMUNICATE AT ALL. I don't know who over them but they need to get a whole new crew. It's a sh... read more
