Impossible to talk a representative just a robot that's unable to understand simple concepts
Absolutely useless. Can't even get a real person on the phone to answer questions and the automated system can't understand a question without an essay.
When you try to call it's completely impossible to get someone on the line. I have very specific questions about filing late for 2023 that a robot can't answer and it's completely ridiculous that it hangs up on you if you ask for a representative. Absolutely absurd. I would give negative stars if I could.
