This place is awful. I just wanted to talk to someone about a simple question and I am only able to talk to a robot. Very Frustrating
Drove 2 hours to an appointment. Respectful front door security officer. Krystal was extremely helpful and delivered top notch taxpayer assistance during our visit!
Drove two hrs to this location and the appointment went as expected, security officer was firm but very polite and helpful, he opened the door and looked up our appointment to give us instructions, during the security check he helped us with clear instructions and even play the instructions in Spanish for my wife. At my grandmother's first appointment the security guard was unnecessarily rude and aggressive and made her stand and wait (her knees are bad, she's getting knee replacement surgery next week) long enough that she missed her appointment. The woman she had the appointment with was rude, dismissive and hateful. These people were probably bullies in school and get off on exerting what little power they have over others.
