Going there is just disastrous and awful garbage; they only want to go to the office for their money, they don't care about anything I've sent a lot of information, they have nothing, they just keep asking for more and more information but they don't resolve anything and they don't even answer the phone I honestly don't know what they're for or what their function is.?
There are no words to properly describe the IRS. I have attempted countless times navigate the call directory and call back service and have come up empty-handed. I am trying to contact Ms Brennan as requested in my IRS notice. I am beginning to believe there are no human beings present at any IRS buildings. It just seems to be a endless loop of phone directories and waiting hours for a call back that is terminated without ever hearing from a real person. It is true madness.
They took my money and provide little to no service
very rude agents, they make you wait hours to get thru and then hang up on you, very displeased with this
I went there because someone got my identity fraud they showed me but they never did anything to them bc guess what this is a 2023 and they are still doing it again . Why wont the put them in jail I'm having to give a lot of information to prove I am who I am.
