Why does the app says is open but you get there and is always close
So I went in August 2024, and brought 2021, 2022, 2023 tax returns to file. (Yeah, I know a little late). So they file 2021 and 2023 fine. And tell me there is an error on my 2022 and to bring it back in and fix it. So I do it, bring it back in and tell the guy that they need to verify my identity and that they had already done this for my other 2 that I had previously brought in.
