So I went in August 2024, and brought 2021, 2022, 2023 tax returns to file. (Yeah, I know a little late). So they file 2021 and 2023 fine. And tell me there is an error on my 2022 and to bring it back in and fix it. So I do it, bring it back in and tell the guy that they need to verify my identity and that they had already done this for my other 2 that I had previously brought in. this location sucks. plain and simple.
I got there at 830 and was out in 15 mins! Everybody was polite and friendly, from the agent at the counter, to the security officer at the door.
Spent 75 minutes on hold with a cue that started with “30-60 minute hold time”. After 75 minutes, “please call again later”. Third World treatment.
