Just very helpful
Well after 45 min a man answered the phone and told me he doesn't handle business inquires. Another hour on hold and they just hung up on me. Apparently, answering phones is hard :( Guess I'm going to show up in person to get these people to do their job.

Can't even get ahold of anyone on the phone ever. The automated response system doesn't put you on hold, it just tells you that your call cannot be completed due to a high volume of calls and kicks you off of your call without allowing you to speak to a single person. I can't even comprehend how a government agency doesn't have the ability to put your call on hold until the next representative is available.
