The irs is the biggest scam there is . Tried making payments on line and they deny me for lack of verification... but everything is right . Then lock the account ... And don't answer the phone. George Washington would be disgusted .
Felt very institutionalized. Security check, personal check. Felt like I was in customs in Kabul. When the teller didn't understand what I was requesting, it was not an altercation, at all. No voices raised yet the security guard had his hand on his weapon and held the door open for me to leave. I was merely asking for clarity in a quiet, professional manner, mind you. Can not talk to real person and computer doesn’t understand. No help
Just very helpful
Well after 45 min a man answered the phone and told me he doesn't handle business inquires. Another hour on hold and they just hung up on me. Apparently, answering phones is hard :( Guess I'm going to show up in person to get these people to do their job.
