Don't bother calling IRS they take your money and give you computers to talk to so they can be lazy
I really do not understand the bad reviews of this place. I drove all the way from Tallahassee this morning for a 9:30am appt and was terrified because of the reviews lol. I was met with literally the sweetest security officer who eased my fears immediately. He was a doll. And the woman at the front who helped with my emergency issue dealing with stolen identity of my minor child, was amazing. She was kind, compassionate, and made sure that I understood what was happening, the timeline, and what I should expect in the future... read more
