The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.
I did not know we had an IRS office in Bay County. Been living here a long time. I find it in a building that looks very much like an automotive building with garage doors. I walk in 10 minutes before close because I didn't know I needed an appointment. I asked a lady at the front desk if she could help me and by answering question. She was not very helpful. I wanted to know how to get information on child support taxes that are withheld. How can I talk to some one about getting my taxes
The IRS shouldn't exist. Repeal the 16th amendment. Cut social security and Medicare while you're at it. I'd rather kill myself than pay you, not a joke, not exaggerating.
They never answer phone, put you on hold & then cut you off… horrible system & government office!
