Waiting on phone twice for 2hrs to be hung up on
Place is not nice
The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.
I did not know we had an IRS office in Bay County. Been living here a long time. I find it in a building that looks very much like an automotive building with garage doors. I walk in 10 minutes before close because I didn't know I needed an appointment. I asked a lady at the front desk if she could help me and by answering question. She was not very helpful.
