Had an appointment. Get there and told that the system is down so she can’t look at my stuff but told me what I needed to do. Okay I do that. Get a phone call from the IRS who is telling me to do all this other stuff and it will take 2 years to review it. Just ridiculous.
Impossible to reach these people. Impossible to get an appointment.. our tax dollars at work I guess.. Tsk. Goofy-Rent-a-cop says call the number for appointment.. IMPOSSIBLE and they wonder why people hate this place so much..
You can’t reach anyone at any number. I owe them money and have been trying to talk to them for months without success!!! Now time is almost up!!!

You need to update and tell when the offices are CLOSED.. we drove over an hour to get some paperwork in order to pay taxes for a deceased family member. Online and on Google it says the offices are open but closed when we get there.
