Hours waiting on phone, taxes been processing over 8 months this not normal. 3 more months will be a new year
They only have a recorded message. Waited 2 hours and no one would answer. If our Gov can’t even run their own IRS office then they all need to be fired and replaced.
Impossible to get to a live person.
Was there for 45 minutes, had someone talking on the phone the whole time, then told we could not be seen because of Short staff.
