First review I’ve ever had to write. This is genuinely one of the worst experiences you could suffer. The number they give you is an automated system that makes it almost impossible to schedule an appointment. You will have to spend a day calling until it finally puts you on hold for an hour just to schedule an appointment. When I arrived for an 11AM appointment, I sat and waited for an hour before they told me they had to reschedule me for 1PM. 1 o clock arrives and lo and behold they made me wait another half hour. I had an identity theft noted on my tax return and a few other things I needed to know. I had anxiety going but that was lifted thanks to Ella Brookins . She was so nice and took care of everything . Anxiety instantly gone.
