I had an identity theft noted on my tax return and a few other things I needed to know. I had anxiety going but that was lifted thanks to Ella Brookins . She was so nice and took care of everything . Anxiety instantly gone.
Received rude treatment by another location via phone. We had Ella Brookins at Johnson City, Tennessee, and she was so friendly, and helpful. If there was a way to request her. She told us the issue we had, should have been done over the phone. They need to give her a promotion.
Waste of damn time waited for an hr and a half on hold Mrs Rodriguez waited half a second for me to respond then hung up in my face when I did. Deserves to lose her job. Theirs no reason for ts. Legit waste of time! Now to call back n do this again
Why do I have to make an account with a 3rd party private company to verify my identity for you to pay me back my overpayment on my taxes? You guys didn't care if it was me when I was paying you the money. Drop the 3rd party Americans security is worth it.
I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews on this place but after my appointment today I can say from my experience that this place was very helpful. If you make an appointment here make sure it’s with Ella Brookins! She’s the best and fixed a problem I’ve been trying to resolve for a year +
