First review I’ve ever had to write. This is genuinely one of the worst experiences you could suffer. The number they give you is an automated system that makes it almost impossible to schedule an appointment. You will have to spend a day calling until it finally puts you on hold for an hour just to schedule an appointment. I had an identity theft noted on my tax return and a few other things I needed to know. I had anxiety going but that was lifted thanks to Ella Brookins . She was so nice and took care of everything . Anxiety instantly gone.

Received rude treatment by another location via phone. We had Ella Brookins at Johnson City, Tennessee, and she was so friendly, and helpful. If there was a way to request her. She told us the issue we had, should have been done over the phone. They need to give her a promotion.
