Trying to make an appointment and they are too busy with other customers
I can not get a person on the phone, this is so annoying , this automotive service doesn't help or put me threw to ger help. What's going on

Worst experience everytime these people say it’s 30/60 min wait and then don’t answer you till 2 hours later make you sit the whole time if it’s 30/60 mins shouldn’t have to wait til the 2nd hour of being on hold to hear from someone talk just need more employees or need some help because I’m not sure why it’s so hard to answer the phone after at least 30 mins every single time I call this place then they wanna hang up on you before you can even say hello so they should be 0 stars because they suck !
Held on hold 30 minutes, they picked up and hung up. Tried I'd me, totally useless
