The IRS is a total disaster! We have been waiting, calling, calling, waiting, waiting, calling FOR MONTHS NOW to get our REFUND!!! How in the world are they allowed to get away with this type of ineptness??? We have been trying for MONTHS to get through and if after an hour on hold you get a live person, they put you on hold AND THE PHONE DISCONNECTS!!! THEY NEED TO ALL BE FIRED and start over! NO STARS FROM ME BUT I HAD TO PUT ONE TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW! 🇺🇸🇺🇸💔💔💔🇺🇸🇺🇸
Rescheduled my appointment 3 times due to (unfortunate office closures”.. mind you they only schedule 2 months out. Might as well close this office down
