All I’m trying to do is verify myself so I can receive my 2024 return and no one I mean no one answer the phone I have a old mumber on id me so I feel like they should have multiple people in office answer calls so people can identify themselves an receive they returns smh 🤦♂️ hopefully the lord blesses me
Today was a good day! Very helpful gal at front desk & we were able to get all our questions answered.
Terrible experience. Automated system is totally frustrating extremely difficult to get through to a human being. After multiple holds the call was disconnected. I had a better experience later in the day.
I used the phone number for an appointment. The representative was so kind and helpful. He was also understanding and sensitive to dealing with a death situation.
