The whole 21 days till you get your refund is BS
This is the worst experience I’ve had in a while. One lady working and she intentionally bypassed me two times, claiming I needed an appointment. She never asked me what I needed. I needed one copy of a form that should have been a five minute process. She had 20 minutes until the next appointment and passed me by. This is infuriating. The site says that I don’t need an appointment.
