Security guard is rude as hell and worthless absolutely no help
I’ve called 46 x’s within a 2 month period and it says the same thing every single time. “ Due to a high volume of calls, my call cannot be completed.” Really!! I literally called at 8:30am- High Volume?! This is insane! If I owed the IRS money they wouldn’t hesitate to constantly mail
As an immigrant myself (now a US citizen) I'm trying to do the right things for my American father who's deceased. I believe it is only in Texas that we can't not spoke to an agent by walking in since the phone call is no human exits to answer. It's really frustrating something we should've adjust for something urgent for the tax payers can be able to moving forward (like myself)since 2024 while my father was still alive and can't get his 1099R copy to file a tax report. Hard to get anyone on the phone....but once we did and got our appointment scheduled Juli was a huge help in getting our tax forms sorted out. Had answers to every question I had and explained everything thoroughly. Made the process pretty painless.
