Yesterday. I visited the Waco IRS Office. I was so impressed with my representative Juli Pennuli (apologize if misspelled). She went so far and beyond my expectations. I was prepared for many issues. She went through all my paperwork (9 yrs). Mind you I paid a tax preparer to complete my taxes, and assist with any issues. Juli went through each and everyone of them. My husband and I were helped by Juli Pennucci and she was the best. She was incredibly helpful and very clear and concise about the information she was giving us. I couldn’t have asked for a better IRS experience!
Security guard is rude as hell and worthless absolutely no help
I’ve called 46 x’s within a 2 month period and it says the same thing every single time. “ Due to a high volume of calls, my call cannot be completed.” Really!! I literally called at 8:30am- High Volume?! This is insane! If I owed the IRS money they wouldn’t hesitate to constantly mail
