I’ve been trying for months to get help. You call in you do everything you can’t get help. It is poorly understaffed. I know who works there does her best but they spend more time and money on the automated Services rather than real people that wouldn’t get a lot more done.
Why is AI taking care of personal information. Why is it taking my social security number!?!?! There is absolutely no reason that should be an option when that can so easily be hacked. This is not ok.
