Responsive and friendly personnel. I came to file and submit W-7 form for ITIN. In and out in 10mins.
Literal waste of over an hour on the phone. Time spent with a live person was less than 5 mins and I had to call 4 times to get past the robot answering machine first.
I would really love my tax returns so stop playing around and give it to me!!!! Stop helping the illegals and druggies out all the time...some of us actually work for our money

I need to verify my return and I call every day 4 or 5 times and cannot get through and when I do after about 32 -35 minutes being on hold, I get hung up on…..
