Been trying to get my tax 1095 a Form from the healthcare marketplace since February I’ve been trying to file It’s just totally confusing when the IRS should have that documentation but the marketplace does this needs to change because I can’t file my taxes talking to the accountant there at the IRS in Lubbock telling me that it’s not their fault when it is directly the IRS‘s fault for not getting on the marketplace to get the 1095a How do you run a business? They were very nice and helpful
The loathsome telephone workers are quite useless. They are human and carry problems from home to work and take it out on the average consumer. I await the day AI removes them entirely. Not having to deal with an emotional human would be amazing
This review as nothing to do with the people working here. I don't understand why i have to pay $174 when yall are the ones who messed up. I'm not filling my taxes ever again. Yall can just arrest me, I don't owe a dime to you.
