If I could give them a zero i would, i flied my taxes in January, they apparently needed more information from me sent out a letter 2 months after I filed stated I need to verify my identification, I tired to use ID.Me let me get all the way through the process and it said I had another account, got access to that account and it told me that it could let me identify myself through the ID.Me, tried calling the IRS number can't get a hold of anyone, tried emailing the ID.Me service twice nothing, called again today, and they h... read more
