The people are good and we had to wait for 5 minutes only and our work was done in 15 minutes
The worst customer service ever, they make me hold on for hours and then they just hung up on me
After waiting on hold for 20 plus minutes just to make an appointment I was greeted by someone with a whole bunch of attitude and when I asked for someone else because she had a nasty attitude she then hung up on me. I hope calls are recorded because her attitude and profanity are not necessary. Get another job if you are that miserable.
