This is crazy the first time I ever had to file my taxes single last month on the 15. They mailed me a letter on the 29 I got the letter on 31 saying that I need to prove who I am I called in the 1 they just excited it on the 8 now they saying I can get my taxes in two weeks or 9 weeks this is bull I have to wait almost 2 months to get my taxes that's owed to me. Something else needs to be done here
They don’t answer the phone. When they do they leave you on hold for 30+ minutes. I was on hold for 53 minutes today only to be told it’s nothing they could do
