Update 2.12.2025 The company sent out a two experienced installers who took off all the carpet, removed the ruined waterproof pad and replaced it and taped the seams properly as well. Additionally they restretched and reinstalled all the carpet and edges in every room and reseamed all the joins. It looks very good now. Took both of them 6 hours to do it again. After reading al of these bad reviews I was pretty nervous about getting vinyl floors installed by USIG. Fortunately, my experience was much different than the others reviewing them. The installers showed up and got right to work expertly installing the flooring, cleaned up everything they worked on and took 2 days of what we were told could possibly be three. I didn't have any issues contacting the office for questions. I'm very satisfied with the work done.
The communication from office staff and management was terrible. Failed to communicate scheduling issues until the last minute, creating issues with other workers in the home. The manager called once about the scheduling issue and then never called back. Then he went out of office for 2+ weeks. Installer was professional and polite, though what was supposed to be a 1 day job ended up taking 3. Overall, unprofessional and slow service. Very disappointed in Home Depot for using this company.
Stay away from this company. Terrible experience from start to finish. They did a horrible job on many aspects of the floor installation, left my house a mess, left floor glue and other materials on the walls and trim that were just installed and the installer even managed to get floor leveler on my brand new truck! Shame on you Home Depot for exclusively using this company. Never again!
