These scammers will call your business and ask to send you a catalog. Instead they will send you printer ink and an invoice for something you never ordered. Then the "sales rep" will call and cuss you out when you say you aren't paying for something you didn't order. Horrible people that shouldn't be in business.

This group did great work for my camera. The electronic viewfinder was broken but they were able to fix it and mail it back for less than $200. For some reason there weren't email updates when my camera arrived, was fixed and shipped back out, but I was able to call to get its status & tracking number. Would use them again.

Sent my camera to be fixed, was quoted a price online. The website claimed they would fix or send a refurbished camera. Camera was received and I was emailed that they couldn't fix despite the website saying they could fix it. Claim I need to pay to get it back now. Have sent numerous emails asking how they want to rectify this, and I have heard nothing back... I would have never sent it in if they were upfront. Olympus repair used to be trustworthy.

This company will call your place of business to offer “free samples” only to send you an invoice of said free samples afterwards. WHAT A FXCKING SCAM!!! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDULENT HACKS!

This company is absolutely awesome. In my line of work, we utilize the Olympus Tough Camera's all the time, however, after a year or two, the lens and screen tend of get really scratched up, affecting the quality of the photo. We reached out to this repair shop, and they have refurbished all of our camera's. The cost is very reasonable and the quality of service are amazing. We will definitely be continuing to use this company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
