Joel is very professional and tries to help me any way he can. He also does not use high pressure sales techniques that could put people above what they can actually afford.
This was my mom's second visit there and they didn't disappoint. Joel was super kind and patient with her and explained the services that they offered which would be very beneficial for her. She is 93 and is slowing down and occasionally she needs some assistance. He made her feel comfortable, and assured her they would be there to help. She is one happy mama now..keep up the great customer service.
There great no problems with anything. The staff is very friendly and my hearing aids are the best.
