Very pleased with the time and service I have always received. Ken takes his time explaining and teaching me to use my hearing aids. It's bad enough to have poor hearing but worse when you're told its poor in both ears! Ken explained what the hearing test showed and where the problem is. It is in the comprehending of words. Which explained alot, because I can hear just fine, but was not understanding what was being said.
