I had physical therapy here following a work-related injury (wrist fracture), and the experience was great. The physical therapist, Chuck Wolfe III, is a great guy; he is well organized, outgoing, very concerned about his patients, and makes sure that things proceed on schedule with minimal wait times. Worst service ever received. They charge 85$ for DOT drug random test . Then they send another charge to company. So practically you can end up double charged for" drug screen single class code 80101. Totally ridiculous !!!
