Took me 3 days to get in there for a drug screening test. Staffs are horrible whoever answers the phone needs to learn customer service. Unprofessional too lazy to check my name in the system
The doctor was very rude and the staff was very unprofessional. I would not recommend going to this urgent care.
RecommendedI went to Concentra for pre- employment screening. The front office and clinician were friendly, professional and efficient. The explained follow up procedures and when I returned, they were busier but still efficient and friendly.
Cant get the paperwork completely filled out right, so I can get back to work!!!
RecommendedI went to Stratford and was treated like dirt by the front end staff. The staff in the back was very nice.,I went back to do my PPD done and was turned back twice. I called New Haven which I have been to before. The young lady was so pleasant and assured to that I would be taken care of. I went there later that day, oh my goodness! What an experience. Sat 2 and half hours to be seen for DOT physical with release forms from PT and PCP to be pased but not given card cause he wants a release from surgeon.. Cleary the surgeon is done treating me.. checks off I have abnormal skin, cause I have scars.. I'm near 50.. who doesn't have scars at that age? Guy is an....
