Very slow, had to wait an hour for a scheduled follow up appointment.

Lines, lines, lines galore and no ability to make appointments for routine pre-employment testing #BePreparerdToWait
3.5 hour wait. They don't tell you that until after you have been waiting half an hour. If you don't have an appointment, this place likely can't help you. It is in no way "urgent"
Not very urgent unless you're actively bleeding. Got out of the waiting room fast, sat in exam room >90 minutes and counting for bandaid and ibuprofen for dog bite.
