RecommendedI went in to take a simple urinalysis and audiogram. I got there at 3:00pm and had been drinking a lot of fluids to make sure I’d be able to go. I had to wait an hour and a half before being taken back. By that time, I felt like bladder was going to burst. I know the staff were doing their best, but the wait time to take a quick drug test was unacceptable.
The staff went above and beyond. Fantastic experience !!

The gal who helped me was the best. She was kind quick and efficient drawing my blood and gathering my drug screen. I would return anytime to be screened by yous lol god bless and merry Christmas.
This place need to be more organize. To register took almost 10 from the moment I fill up the paperwork to the moment I was called to give me back the ID and it was a different person. Then to the moment that I was called in to provide the urine sample for the frog test it took over 30 minutes. I don’t think that it should take so long to be called for a drug test specially when government institutions trust you to take this part of the new hiring process.
This particular location at Concentra 8010 Sunport Dr Orlando, is fantastic. The people in front and back office are very friendly and caring. Even with a wait it still runs smoothly. Absolutely and totally love PA Cassandra Henry. She is very thorough and cautious with her patients.
The front desk nurses must change their attitudes. also, the nurse who do the drug test as well. they need to re-train so they can change their attitudes.
