The nurses are friendly and efficient. They gave clear instructions to patients and made sure they value our time. The front staffs are helpful and converse with patients in a manner they will be understood. I had a productive and very good experience.
Potential employer sent me a request for a drug test and dot physical from another state. I showed up to Concentra Urgent care without an appointment and without an authorization form from the employer for the test requested. The ladies in the front desk were great, they helped me out without hesitation; contacted the employer got authorization and helped me with the registration.
