Clean waiting room, efficient, fast, friendly knowledgeable staff .
I spent an hour waiting to be seen, you guys could definitely use more staff to get patients in and out at a decent time
I recently had to take a drug screen and do a DOT physical at Concentra Urgent Care and I must say that I had a great experience with the staff being very nice, knowledgeable and fast.... There wasn't a long wait to be seen and they get you in and out quickly so that was definitely a plus for me... Thank you Concentra for all that you do

The wait was a bit longer than expected with no explanation. Otherwise everything was fine. The staff was pleasant and efficient once I went in for my test.
