The Xray machine kept going on and off right in the middle of xray session. I was asked to remain naked and fill online forms while the lady worked on the Xray machine. The lady did not cover my lower extremities with the anti radiation cover. I had a direct exposure to this radiation on my lower extremities!.
Long wait times and the lobby was empty and no patients were coming out. Also long time to register before I was giving my paperwork
I arrived for a DOT physical and needed to urinate quite badly. It was almost an hour before I got to urinate. I was told my neck had to be measured and I wasn’t told why. I got the impression that if it was too big I would fail. I was told that I was close to needing a sleep study because of my weight. I asked how close I was and they didn’t know.
