Great friendly staff. I was in and out for my testing with no appointment.
Lady at the desk was nice and moving as fast as she could. But waiting an hr and a half to take a drug test was a lot.
Probably the worse Concentra I’ve been too by far! Front desk staff truly lacks customer service & compassion. She was very cold & rude to every patient she interacted with. Wait time was utterly ridiculous!!! I was there over 3.5 hrs for an employment physical. Unacceptable! I hope you hire staff that are capable, competent and desire to work in areas of patient care.
