The staff here are really friendly and helpful. All positive vibes here. I would honestly say this has been the best Urgent Care I’ve been too.
The experience was great, I was treated with respect and not like a drug addict. They have students in the front, I really like that! It’s great that they allow students to do their internships there. I came in for my walk in appointment and I was offered to do the drug testing and come back the next morning for the Physical exam, the next day I came back at 9:00 am, they said they could see me at 10:30 am, I left and came back at 10:30 am and I had to wait 30 minutes before I was seen. Great service and great care especially from Elizabeth.
Crazy long wait times and they don’t allow you to make an apt for your first time visit. Waited three hours just to be seen.
4 stars because of the wait time but once u get called back it’s a fast and speedy process got a dot physical and drug screen done within an hour of being called back. Best one I’ve been to 9/10 would recommend
