Wait time is unreal. Even if there is no one in the waiting room and you have an appointment you will be there for hours waiting to see someone. TERRIBLE!

I had physical therapy here following a work-related injury (wrist fracture), and the experience was great. The physical therapist, Chuck Wolfe III, is a great guy; he is well organized, outgoing, very concerned about his patients, and makes sure that things proceed on schedule with minimal wait times. I was a bit apprehensive when my insurance company sent me to US Healthworks, as I had gone there for my pre-employment drug screen and had to wait nearly an hour to give my sample when the place wasn't even busy. Poor service. It's called urgent care but there people have no urgency to see patients.
unprofessional don't go They will lose personal information This place sucks
Worst service ever received. They charge 85$ for DOT drug random test . Then they send another charge to company. So practically you can end up double charged for" drug screen single class code 80101. Totally ridiculous !!!
My Name is Joy. I was at the health works on Northgate for a physical. The receptionist, the doctors, and the nursing assistance were all excellent and I would come there again and I would refer them to anyone I know. Their kindness and caring is much appreciated!!!!
