Avoid using Concentra, especially the East Grainger location, all the employees will lie & lie! The med. assistant wouldn't allow the spouse to enter the room with patient, even though the patient requested it because of injuries/memory lapse. The med asst. stated the room is too small & the doctor wouldn't allow it. THIS IS SUSPECT & ILLEGAL, PATIENTS HAVE RIGHTS!!! We later called to speak with the mgr. Hilda Lopez a 3 way call. Great fast service clean staff was nice and fast
Very clean facility! I was a walk in for a pre-employment drug screening and the staff at the front got me checked in quickly and efficiently. Wait time was about 15 minutes which was QUICK for an urgent care. Once I was called back, the process was so thorough and quick, and was out the door within minutes. I would definitely recommend!!
Fast, efficient and friendly.
Long wait. I showed up at 11:00am on a Tuesday and ended up be there until 3:00, which compared to other reviewers is not super duper long, but still much longer than I wanted to be there. Front staff were rude, but the staff in the back was apologetic and worked hard to get things moving. They need more nurses & doctors to see the number of patients they see.
