Concentra has always been the a absolute worst and in no way would I EVER voluntarily come here. I'm only here because of my employer. I've been here 7 hours. This is truly the Most unprofessional, unorganized, unacceptable "URGENT CARE" I've ever been to. I usually leave incredibly long detailed reviews but I'm honestly so genuinely disgusted and angered by this place, staff, and experience that I cannot even find the words to tell you how terrible it is. Excellent service thank you
It’s my first time going to this clinic, Every thing was good the staff members and the place. But the waiting was insane. I was very surprised when they told me that the waiting was about 4 to 5 hrs.
All were kind and helpful.
I went in on Wednesday afternoon and was told it could be a 5 hour wait. The girl at the front desk said come tomorrow at 7:45 and get in line. Well I was the first one in and I was out of there and done with my pre-employment physical in 20 minutes! The staff and the physicians were great.
