Bad pawn shop, even worse gun shop. Sells junk firearms as previous reviewer indicated, some of which can be seen locally at their brick and mortar location in Powell. Witnessed a handgun sold with a large chunk missing from the locking block portion of the barrel. Buyer almost immediately returned with it and noted the hammer wouldn't even properly drop. They have lots of guns but no tools.
Put a down payment on a taurus .357 Snub nose a year ago, tried calling several times, and even have the original paperwork showing my downpayment. Had to back out on it and told then I'd accept a restocking fee. Conveniently they didn't know anything about it and didn't try to help me at all. $300 of my money into that store, thanks for the help gentleman. Nice enough guys in there but when it came to my money they didn't know anything.
CAUTION TO CUSTOMER! SCAM ALERT! I purchase a shotgun from this business and the item I received differed substantially from what I received. The gun I received was pitted, rusted, damaged and mechanically inoperable. I brought this up to Josh Murphy and he stated that he would issue a refund upon receipt of the gun. The gun was sent back January 12, 2015. At the time of this review, it is 3/4/15. After 2 weeks, I still had not received anything so I called to follow up and he stated that he was having issues with his credit... read more
I put 100.00 down on a gun to order on Dec 4th and went to get it and the doors are locked no one there phone says there doing inventory if you have a question please call a different number which they send you to a voice mail box which is full. I was finally able to speak to LeAnn and she said she would call me back by 3 that day with info about my gun and never did and refuses to this day to answer her calls. What a joke here at Christmas trying my best to get a gift that now i cant because i have lost money in this place.... read more
