If your insurance company hires these folks to evaluate and inspect your home in the event of a filed claim, be prepared to have your attorney on standby. Even Ray Charles can see the damages that were caused by 2 hurricanes. Their engineer claimed that all of our damages were from “as built conditions” and “unrelated or associated” with the storms. This company exists to protect the insurance companies so they can avoid paying your claim. Again, if these folks come to your home or business, BEWARE!! Have an attorney ready.
This company exists for the sole purpose of helping insurance companies weasel out of paying insurance claims. If your're fighting with your insurance company over a claim, and they suggest they are bringing out an independent, unbiased "engineer" you're about to get screwed. This company should be ashamed of themselves for helping insurance companies get away from paying claims.
Engineer came out and never asked any questions, then all of a sudden when we got the report he had somehow made up inaccurate answers. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
this engineering firm is hired by insurance companies to look into why foundations move, they don't take soil samples in fact they us a soil website that specifically stats "NOT FOR ENGINEERING PURPOSES". to base their report on factors from a region not a specific. also spoke with Gary (co-owner) who didnt want to get specific on the report and actually hung up on me. not a company you want handling your future business. customer service is key to any business and this star is a direct reflection of the company and its work... read more
