My husband and I have been having a very frustrating experience with the Santa Rosa location. For the past 3–4 weeks, we’ve been trying to purchase frozen SeaRock shrimp, but every time we go, they’re out of stock. We’ve repeatedly asked employees when more would be available, and each time we’re given a specific day to come back. Good prices in bid or small quantities
Called to see if they would remedy the fact I bought an entire box of frozen salmon that contained worms - they never answered. When I went to the store they also gave me attitude for telling them I found worms in the fish they sold me. Disgusting.
Best restaurant supplies store, get there early.. they tend to get wiped out of things fast! Especially for holidays!
