They have a lot of bulk products at great prices, but I go there primarily for their meat department. The quality has been excellent, and it really isn't terribly difficult to cut a large piece into steaks. Today I bought an entire strip loin. Once I cut it into steaks I'll have paid something like half, maybe less, than if I'd bought those steaks at a grocery store. One star not for the store or items themselves, but for the unprofessional and rude employee at check out. Hoping the manager will see this and be able to address it or he’ll begin to lose customers. The employee with the arm tattoos throwing profanity while checking people out was absurd. He made the line of people so uncomfortable. I witnessed him talk rude to two different customers over nothing. He had no customer service at all. I put in a click and carry order the last two weeks in a row. Your website said you have the product but did not. The store did not contact me at all about either of these orders, they just didn't pull them because they were missing the meat. There was no email or phone call to let me know either. This is very horrible customer service. When I went to the store and talked with an employee, I think the manager, he didn't even apologize. Love this store, its our go to for burger patties and bulk food.
