An absolute nightmare... I chose to work with US financial because Joanna and Cheryl provided amazing customer service and answered all of my questions. As soon as my file got assigned to senior loan processor Robert Quinn it was downhill from there. Robert lacks basic customer service and communication skills. He gets annoyed whenever you ask questions and makes you feel stupid for even asking annoyed. He was rude to my realtor and talks over you whenever you try to get a word in. I must first start off by saying that this was my first time buying a home and have been very skeptical about the whole process. I honestly could not be any happier, working with Johana Moreno has been an absolute pleasure! She is very professional, super nice and made the process fast and easy! She went out of her way to help me and answer any questions I may have had, she was always super sweet and extremely knowledgeable!
