I've used Mark multiple times for 18 years. He gets the best rates. My last, he kept an eye on it throughout the day and locked in with NO points. And, showed us a refinance at 15 years was only $50 a month more than what our older 30 yr was. The 30 yr had interest total of 3X principal, while the 15 yr total interest was HALF the principal.
