This place is absolutely terrible, what a joke. I used to work for them as a contractor and upon getting in the door I realized my mistake. They did not take care of me as a driver or a person, think piece of meat. And now a year later, I've been trying to get my 2023 1099 tax forms and I cannot get a single person on the phone. I've been trying to get the document for over 7 months with no success, completely unprofessional. I cannot believe I wasted my time here. Honest people, such a rarity in this business!
If there was an option for 10 stars, definitely would've given them that. We had detention request with them that was handled promptly. Detention handling 10/10, communication 10/10, transparency when booking the load 10/10, all in all what a carrier wants a broker to be. Iva you're the best!!!!! Keep rocking guys!
STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!! all they do is lie from day one, I was I got hired on as a salaried driver 70k per year and without any warning or notice I was switched to mileage pay and only getting about 1k miles per week. Sitting for 3 or 4 days at times. A US Expediter Inc driver called the cops on another driver at a Loves truck stop. Which is a private property. Your driver is very disrespectful and races using racial slurs towards the other driver. He complained about not being able to pull out of his parking spot . All because he wants to turn left when he clearly has more space to turn right so he can leave. He fused to do so and got very disrespectful. Even the officer explained to him.
